School Supplies for 2012 - 2013
What you need to get started.
Primary Campus
School Supplies are purchased through the PTA for rising Kindergarten and First Grade students.
The $100 cost for this Paw Package includes $65 for Instructional Supplements and $35 for School Supplies.
Instructional Supplements are additional materials (workbooks, Accelerated Reader subscription, etc.) that
teachers use that are NOT covered by APS. If you have not purchased your child's Paw Package for the
2013-2014 school year, you can place an order at Celebration of Learning on Tuesday, August 6, 2013
at the Primary Campus. Or you can take a check by the Primary Office. If you have any questions, please contact

Main Campus
Our 2nd-5th grade teacher teams have created grade-specific school supply lists that your student will need
for the 2013-14 school year. Order your school supply kit between now and May 24th by clicking on
http://www.shopttkits.com/ and entering the school code:
66066. All boxes will be individually labeled and waiting for
you at Celebration of Learning on August 6th. If you are unable to attend Celebration of Learning, the school
supply box will be hand delivered to your child’s classroom by a PTA representative. No orders will be taken
after May 24th, and no boxes will be available for sale at Celebration of Learning, so act now and check it off
your summer to-do list! Questions?

As a reminder, grades 1-4 recently received a letter from the school requesting a contribution toward
instructional supplements for our students. In addition to the traditional school supplies referenced above,
separate instructional materials are also used in our classrooms. These instructional supplements include
consumable workbooks, Accelerated Reader (AR) subscription, IXL classroom subscriptions, weekly student
publications (Time for Kids, USA Studies Weekly), and vocabulary enrichment workbooks.
To submit your contribution for the instructional supplements, please include a $65.00 check made payable to
Warren T. Jackson Elementary with your letter of intent/re-enrollment for the 2013-2014 school year and return
it to your child's teacher as soon as possible.
