For kindergarten, your child's current form will be acceptable, but you will be required to
provide an updated form as of his/her next birthday.

Primary Paw Package
- Provides mandatory school and instructional supplies for kindergarten and first grade

- Provides information that assists the administration with class placement

- Provides information to help us plan the bus routes

- Allows us to stay in touch with you efficiently by providing contact information
Camp Jump-Start Registration Form
- Guarantees your child can attend our popular summer introduction to kindergarten – sign up at the Kindergarten Open House once you are registered
Important to Keep in Mind
- Only a parent or legal guardian will be able to register the student. The person who registersva student is the only person will be able to withdraw the student.
- If you are registering at the Kindergarten Open House, please make copies of all documents
but bring originals as well.
