Recycle, sign up or swipe. Either way, we soar. Here are several opportunities to earn money for Jackson by recycling your print cartridges, swiping your card, collecting box tops or just shopping at participating businesses. Read on to learn more about these individual programs. Box Tops for Education Box Tops for Education, sponsored by General Mills, allows parents to collect purple and yellow box top symbols found on its products, send them to school, and Jackson will receive 10 cents per top. You’ll find a collection box at the lobby of both campuses. Funding Factory By simply recycling empty inkjet and laser cartridges and used cell phones with Funding Factory, Jackson earns points that can be redeemed for products and equipment—such as technology equipment, classroom supplies, sporting goods, recreational equipment, and playground systems—or cash! And we can feel good that we are doing our part to reduce environmental waste. You can drop off used cartridges & cell phones at the front desks! Georgia Natural Gas Now there’s an easy way to help spark more financial support for Jackson – today and for years to come. It’s GNG’s True Blue Schools program, which has allocated $2 million in donations to Georgia schools. For each enrollee, GNG will donate up to $100 per year to our school. If you are a current customer, simply sign up for the Georgia Natural Gas TrueBlue Schools program at http://www.trueblueschools.com. If you don’t belong to GNG, why not do a price comparison and switch? (When enrolling, be sure to choose Warren T. Jackson Elementary School as there are several school options with “Jackson” as part of the name.) >>Click here to download form and more specific information about how to sign up Onecause Onecause is a program for all you on-line shoppers. Just register at www.onecause.com and start shopping with hundreds of your favorite leading name-brand merchants like Lands’ End, LL Bean, Target, Office Depot, etc. Jackson then receives a contribution on every purchase - with no additional cost to you.
